Orders

1. Where can I get my package tracking number?

We will email you the tracking number and the delivery company when ship out your order.

-- Please pay more attention to the email you used to place your order, we will send the order confirmation, order updates, tracking information and all other information to the email you used to place your order.

 

2. I never received the order confirmation email, why?

(1) The most common reason is that the email you used to place your order is invalid.

(2) Please check your junk mail box to see if the confirmation email was wrongly went there.

 

3. Where can I track my package?

If you already registered in our website, you can easily find your order(s) under the Order History in your personal account. And we update the status of each item in your order.

 

But how can I check my order status if I placed my order as a guest?

You can contact us with the email you used to place your order, or inform us the payment transaction ID which also will help us to find your order quickly. We will inform you the status of each item in your order.

Or, you can create an account with the email you used to place your order(s), and your order(s) can be found under the Order History in your personal account.

 

If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via
email and a refund will automatically be issued to the original
purchasing credit card. Please keep in mind it may take 1-4 business
days for the funds to display in your account depending on your bank.

Returns

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days

Merchandise must have all original tags attached, in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).

We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage

Poler does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to info@4fuppies.com  before sending the item back.

We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable

All Refunds are issued to the original payment method

If you would like to make a return, you will need your order number and zip code. Please keep in mind all international sales are final.
